Care and Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Wipe down the taps with a soft cloth and mild soap solution weekly to prevent build-up of soap scum, grime, and hard water deposits. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the surface.

Descale the Aerator: Every few months, unscrew the aerator (the small mesh screen on the end of the tap) and soak it in vinegar for about an hour to remove mineral deposits. Rinse thoroughly before reattaching.

Returns

Any damage or shortage of items upon delivery must be reported to our sales or technical team within 24 hours to be validated. Photos may be required. Goods that have been fitted or installed will not be considered for return unless there is a manufacturing defect; the relevant product guarantee then applies.
