Price Match Guarantee

Here at Bathroomship, we highly believe in getting the best quality for the best price, which is why if you see it somewhere for less, we will match it!

 

We will price match if:

• The competitor product is the same as our product.
• The competitor product is in stock on both their site and our site.
• The product is from an online only retailer.
• The product is from new condition.
• The competitor product's price is displayed in GBP (£) in order to make a price comparison.
• The price match will only be matched to the actual price displayed on the competitors website, plus delivery costs.

We cannot price match if:

• The product is second hand.
• The product is on a wholesaler website.
• The product is being sold on an auction or marketplace site, eg amazon marketplace or ebay.
• The competitor is including other offers they may have, for example, extra 10% off discount code, voucher or 'free sample' offers.
• The price match cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

However, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse the price match promise if it results in loss or unacceptable profit margins.
• We may discontinue the price match promise at any time
• We cannot offer the price match promise with products already purchased from us. It is your responsibility to inform us before your purchase so we can review your request and send a draft order.
