Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at sales@bathroomship.com so that we can help.

Some of our delivery services provide a 'curb side' delivery, meaning our delivery couriers will deliver to the curb and not into the property. Please ensure that due diligence is taken when receiving the item. Due to the size and weight of some of our products, it is highly advised that there is at least another person with you to aid in product moving.

Delivery Costs:

£0.01 to £499.99 = £25.00

£500 and up = Free Delivery

Delivery to UK Mainland only, if you wish to purchase from elsewhere, please get in touch with sales@bathroomship.com for further information.

Delivery to Northern Ireland:

£0.01 to £499.99 = £99.99

£500 and up = Free Delivery

Delivery times will be roughly between 5-7 working days (Mon-Sat) For orders that are bespoke or custom made, please email sales@bathroomship.com for estimated delivery times.


Damages

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item and  please send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@bathroomship.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know by emailing returns@bathroomship.com. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return an item.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Before proceeding with a refund and return, please email returns@bathroomship.com, in order to help you with the process.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
  • The item must be returned in perfect re-sellable condition. This can include unopened products in original packaging and products that have never been used. Any items that have been used, fitted or any other condition than what it was supplied will not be eligible for return.
  • Please make sure the item is returned in its original retail packaging, which should be unmarked, in good condition, and with intact tags or labels. It's best to open the packaging carefully and keep all packing materials.
  • The responsibility for securely packaging the item lies with the sender. If you're uncertain about what constitutes suitable packaging, please don't hesitate to contact us for guidance on specific packaging recommendations.
  • You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to our suppliers. Consider choosing a return method with insurance to protect against any damage during transit, as we cannot accept liability for product damaged during transit. Damaged items during transit are not eligible for a refund.

Restocking fees may be applicable up to the value of 25%.

For products that have been custom made or bespoke, these items cannot be returned unless the item is found to be faulty.

Approval Process

Once your return is assessed and approved, you will receive an email confirmation with details on the process and location of sending your return. Please ensure that all returns reach us promptly within the 14 day policy period.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@bathroomship.com.

 

Cancellations 


Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from the site at any time. If you purchase a product which is subsequently withdrawn and we do not supply the goods for any reason, you will not be charged and we will issue a full refund.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on all our orders if the product has a manufacturers fault or damage and we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the item at returns@bathroomship.com.
