Do you have a showroom?

Here at Bathroomship, we are very proud to be an online only exclusive brand. By not having a showroom, it enables us to save on costs and pass the savings to you. Our customer service representatives contain a wealth of knowledge, which is easily provided online.

 

Do you provide installation?

Because we are an online exclusive retailer, we are unable to provide installation. However, with most of our products we have provided an install guide, should you need help with installing a product. This can also be given to an installer should you choose to hire one.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can find more information about shipping times during the checkout process.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request any changes or cancellations.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.

 

When will I need to be in for delivery?

Our couriers will contact you with a delivery date and time. Please make sure there is someone able to take the delivery as further deliveries may be charged at your expense.

 

Will I need help taking delivery?

A lot of our items are large goods. It is recommended to have at least two people to take a delivery, as some of our couriers operate a 'curb side' delivery service, in which it is up to the customer to take the item into the house from the point of delivery curb side.
